What can I expect from the event?
Experience world-class magic in an elegant, vintage-inspired setting at Mystique: The Magic Experience. Be mesmerized by a master magician in a candlelit chamber, where every detail enchants!
Where is the experience located?
The easy-to-locate venue is in an industrial park near Loop 202 and Arizona 143, just east of Sky Harbor Airport. Look for the purple building with Mystique Flags in front.
The address is: 1818 W 4th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281, Suite B.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors in an air-conditioned venue. This is Arizona, and it can get hot outside. Every effort is made to make the room comfortable.
How long does the experience last?
For you to have an estimate, people usually spend 60 min at this experience.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes! A wide selection of sweet and savory packaged snacks and assorted beverage concessions will be available.
Is there parking available?
Yes. Plenty of free and convenient parking including ADA accessible.
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Is there a dress code?
It is an elegant yet casual ambiance, date night or business casual is recommended.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
The VIP seats will have the most interaction but several guests will be able to participate but only if they desire to.
Will there be merchandise for sale?
Yes. Many guests love to take home a t-shirt, deck of cards, magic tricks, souvenir coin or other type of merchandise.
ABOUT TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
If available, yes.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
ABOUT ACCESS TO THE EVENT
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
The show will begin exactly at the time stated on the purchased ticket. Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to showtime to check in and to purchase concessions or memorabilia. Doors will be open one-hour before showtime.
Your seat will be released at 5 minutes prior to showtime. If you are late, we will do everything possible to escort you to a seat at an appropriate time during the performance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Only documented service animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, it is ADA-compliant.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
No smoking, vaping, outside alcohol, or concealed or open weapons (unless permitted by law) are allowed. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove guests who are belligerent, intoxicated, or under the influence without a refund.
Do you offer carer tickets?
Yes, please contact us for more information.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
An ASL interpreter is not provided. If a guest brings their own, a complimentary admission will be provided for the interpreter.
Unfortunately, magic is a visual art and there is not a viable option to offer at this time.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. There is projected lighting and video for the experience, but none that blinks or strobes.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms—please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos of the event space are encouraged, and we hope you will share them online. However, photos or filming of the actual magic performance is not allowed due to the copyright of the performance. Please refrain during that time. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

Is there an age requirement?
This experience only allows guests above 13 years old.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
